The Jellicoe Workspace / Universal Design Studio

Located in the heart of King's Cross redevelopment, The Jellicoe is a 12,450-square-meter destination workspace designed by Universal Design Studio in collaboration with Fora and the King's Cross Estate, on behalf of Related Argent. Conceived as 'Worlds within a World', the project offers diverse spatial experiences that are human-focused and adaptable, to support a new generation of workspace users.

The House and the Garden
This house is organized around two patios that give shape to the space and infuse it with meaning. They are not merely voids between walls—they are lived spaces that draw the garden into the interior and blur the boundaries between inside and out. In winter, they gather light generously; in summer, the water in the reflecting pool brings coolness and a gentle murmur that quietly accompanies life.

Small Structures, Big Impact: 4 Rural Prototypes for a Changing Planet

Facing an interconnected planetary climate crisis, biodiversity loss, and resource depletion, regenerative design emerges as a pathway toward building resilient and ecologically attuned rural futures.
