Urban densification is often associated with verticality, an increase in levels, and the replacement of existing housing. Estudios 46B presents a different stance: densifying does not necessarily mean building higher, but rather occupying what already exists with greater intelligence. The project arises from utilizing the roof of a 72 m² garage, transforming a minimal domestic expansion into an architectural strategy capable of questioning models of student housing and land use in intermediate cities.

The renovation of the Dental Seny clinic proposes a contemporary reinterpretation of the dental space, understanding architecture as a tool to transform the patient experience. Beyond an aesthetic update, the project presents a precise spatial strategy where identity, function, and atmosphere are integrated into a clear and legible structure.

The challenge was to design a fully functional weekend dwelling within a mere 20-square-meter footprint, achieving uncompromising comfort alongside complete energy autonomy in local climatic conditions. The cabin is situated at the edge of the Zlatý Roh vineyards, approximately 3 km above the ECK restaurant. Perched above Devín Castle, the site offers an expansive view across the vines toward the sunset over the Austrian Alps. The location carries a strong atmosphere, and our architectural intent was to create a sanctuary that provides security in every season while maintaining an immediate and uninterrupted connection with the surrounding landscape.
