Urban Living Lab / Su Chang Design Research Office

The design of Re:Tai Kok Tsui Pavilion combines local galvanized steel crafts and laminated bamboo materials to create a communal space for the transforming Tai Kok Tsui neighbourhood. The fluid form of the vessels creates an image of the moving waves and reactivates the public's collective memory of Tai Kok Tsui's unique spatial quality between sea and land, provoking a new imagination of Tai Kok Tsui's urban future.

Khanong Phra Campsite / PHTAA Living Design

Khanong Phra Campsite is a 100-rai (16-hectare) development nestled in the highlands of Khanong Phra, Nakhon Ratchasima. Surrounded by sloping terrain, ridges, and stretches of flatland, the project offers visitors a peaceful escape into nature while seamlessly integrating essential infrastructure and comforts. The project began with reshaping the land and establishing key infrastructure: three large water reservoirs for internal use, alongside dedicated water and power stations.

Arajara House / Lins Arquitetos Associados

Located in the Arajara district of Barbalha, in the Cariri region of Ceará, the Arajara Residence sensitively integrates into the natural context of the Chapada do Araripe — an area known for its lush vegetation, mild climate, and historical vocation as a summer destination. The project values the pre-existing conditions of the territory, both natural and cultural, resulting in architecture that combines constructive simplicity, environmental comfort, and the appreciation of local materials.

The Jellicoe Workspace / Universal Design Studio

Located in the heart of King's Cross redevelopment, The Jellicoe is a 12,450-square-meter destination workspace designed by Universal Design Studio in collaboration with Fora and the King's Cross Estate, on behalf of Related Argent. Conceived as 'Worlds within a World', the project offers diverse spatial experiences that are human-focused and adaptable, to support a new generation of workspace users.
