We are inside a factory that has been producing candied fruit for more than a hundred years in Valdalpone, an agricultural area between Verona and Vicenza famous for its Prunus Avium plantations, or cherry trees.

AGORA Campus / ArtBuild

AGORA is the cornerstone of a series of renovations to provide the National Veterinary School of Alfort (École Nationale Vétérinaire d'Alfort - EnvA) campus with state-of-the-art teaching and research tools. This iconic training facility in the Maisonnais region, covering nearly 10 hectares, is listed in the supplementary register of historical monuments and has just celebrated its 250th anniversary. The new facility opens a new chapter in the school's prestigious history.

Houseboat / EVA architecten

Located in the Merwedekanaal in the neighborhood Rivierenwijk in Utrecht, we designed a contemporary-looking houseboat. The houseboat opens maximally to the water and has a more intimate relationship with the green front yard on the shore. The contemporary appearance is provided by a composition of large openings. The houseboat's robust character comes from the dark aluminum plinth with the construction of vertical wooden slats and black window frames. Inside, the houseboat has a clean but warm atmosphere due to the openwork wooden ceiling combined with walls and floors in light shades.

Ravine House / ROAr

This site is certainly one of the most unusual we have ever come across. There is no backyard. instead of a rocky ravine that brings the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean right into its core. The house is an extension of its location and could not reasonably sit anywhere else. It grows out of the rock organically and responds to the gorge that defines its base. The resulting X-shaped plan of the house suits its internal organization perfectly, with four bedrooms upstairs and Living, Dining, Loggia, and a Garage on the main level, both above the grounds. The natural fall in the rock allows two more levels below, getting more private and intimate with its rocky location, as one goes down.
