Springhills House / Pranala Associates

Located in the upper hillside of Bandung, The Springhill's house is a residential designed for the cool mountainous region and humid tropical climate. The site itself is a contoured hook formed in a small corner pinched between its two surrounding neighbors. The residential is to be planned as a retirement house occupied by four people including their children.

Casa Bayo / Set.ideas

Located in San Clemente, Córdoba, this modular house is implanted on a gently sloping piece of land at the foot of Los Gigantes mountain range. The view towards the mountains plays a fundamental role in the spatial layout of this house of 40 m2 covered and 22 m2 semi-covered.

Highland Village Interpretive Centre / Abbott Brown Architects

The Highland Village is an immersive living museum documenting the history of Gaelic culture in Nova Scotia. It presents costumed animators recreating and interpreting traditional homestead life within a restored historic village in Iona, Cape Breton Island. The Visitors’ and Interpretive Centre is designed as a new cultural and physical portal to this experience.
