Nam House / 90odesign

The house is located on a 4.5m x 18m plot within a newly developed resettlement area of the city, where the surrounding density remains relatively low. A generous green space sits directly in front of the site. The design team sought to create a scheme that maximizes views toward this green frontage while ensuring security, privacy, and natural ventilation.

Céu Bar / Küster Brizola Arquitetos

Located in the Batel neighborhood of Curitiba, Céu Bar is the result of the renovation of a 1950s building that preserves its original façade and presence in the urban landscape while revealing a modern and surprising interior. The intervention aimed to highlight the existing architectural memory while introducing contemporary elements, creating a versatile and multifaceted space for the city's nightlife.

Lupita Pizzaria / XXXI.studio

Lupita, now a Lisbon staple known for its high-volume, authentic Neapolitan pizza, has unveiled its latest architectural project. Following the success of their intimate, original location in Cais do Sodre (also designed by XXXI.studio), the new space in Alvalade transcends traditional restaurant layouts, whilst transforming the act of pizza-making into an honest, and compelling performance.

Anzio Laneway House / Imu Chan Architecture

On a hillside laneway stands a white monolith, sharply defined amidst the neighbouring stucco homes. It takes on the form of a simple house but wears an industrial, utilitarian exterior. It is monochromatic and almost austere; a window folds at the eave, reaching toward the roof ridge. The large glazing steals the colour hues of the sky like a chameleon.
