In 2025, this star-studded address will gain yet another example of design excellence, this time an icon of contemporary architecture developed by Perkins&Will, Gabriel Faria Lima Corporate.

Our projects focus on the place of the body in the city and materialize the aesthetics inherent to movement. It has always been important to us to seek a mobility that renews the gaze and allows a dynamic perception of the spaces that surround us. This engages singular sensory sequences, the pleasure of moving together in the public space, and a rediscovered legibility of the urban landscape.

The architecture adopts a simple, contemporary, and discreet language, respecting its surroundings. Although located at the top of a hill and some distance from the beach, the house was conceived in the spirit of a beach house—light, uncomplicated, and in harmony with the outdoors.

Gaia (n.) Γαῖα (Gaia Ancient Greek: [ɡâi̯.a] or [ɡâj.ja]), goddess, spouse of Uranus, mother of Titans. In ancient Greek mythology, Gaia represents the Earth, embodying the nurturing spirit and interconnectedness of all life. This primordial goddess symbolizes not only the physical realm but also the intrinsic relationship between humanity and nature.
