Casa RoMa is based on a typical premise of two clients, Rocío and Mariano, of how to achieve spacious spaces with a small square footage. With this objective, they explored a compact house where, through a small footprint, they maximized the size of the surrounding garden.

As society continues to develop and economic conditions improve, consumers increasingly pursue individuality. Personalized flexible production better meets the diverse needs of people in today's era. Early factories used assembly line production models of the Industrial Age, namely mass-producing homogeneous products. In many factories, the orders decreased from hundreds of thousands of units to tens of thousands or even thousands. Nowadays, market demand quantities are dwindling, necessitating the fulfillment of more personalized customization needs. HumCustom is an enterprise specializing in providing POD customized flexible supply chain solutions, offering one-stop services from product selection, production, logistics, to after-sales. With a central factory covering 16,000 square meters and 17 supporting plants, it can handle customizations ranging from a single piece to tens of thousands.

A House Looking to A Cedrus Tree / Cedrus Studio

This renovation project is located in Alborz Province, on a 1,150-square-meter plot beside a river and a decades-old Cedrus tree. The original structure—an unfinished villa dating back more than 50 years—featured a load-bearing wall system and covered an area of approximately 590 square meters. The project now serves as a recreational residence for a family with two daughters and their spouses.

Diletto Pastas - Barrio Chino / Cupla Arquitectura - Lucia Vallve & Tomas Mielnikowicz

Diletto III is the third gastronomic venue of the brand developed by our studio. The first location opened in 2019, followed by the second in 2024, the same year this new project was completed in the Belgrano neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The brand continuously faces the challenge of merging the tradition of fresh pasta with the dynamic experience of fast food.
