This project involves the construction of a small office building located in a residential neighborhood, with Ecoplan Corporation—a company dedicated to the study of wildlife and vegetation—as its primary tenant.

River Sea Villa / KAWAZOE JUNICHIRO ARCHITECTS

The site is connected to the north and extends toward the river in the south. It is located near the mouth of the river. Since there are already buildings on the east and west neighbors, we have set the axis (Path) of the buildings north and south toward the river.

Assais House / Riccioppo Arquitetura

Located in the Aldeia do Vale Condominium in Goiânia (GO), this residence designed by the Riccioppo Architecture office materializes the desires of the resident and the solutions proposed to navigate the natural conditions of the land. The project was created for a man in his 50s, divorced and with children, who lives between work trips. He wanted a refuge connected to nature — for rest and contemplation.
