Hygge Cafe / Dhanie & Sal

The renovation of the Hygge Cafe pavilion focuses on making the most of the existing structure while introducing new materials and design elements to give it a new identity. The circular shape of the pavilion, which is its most striking feature, has been emphasized through the use of marble tilework that wraps around the exterior.

House F / Florencia Cheli

Designing my own home was, as an architect, a true challenge. The connection to the land was, from the very beginning, the greatest source of inspiration. As soon as I saw it, I clearly knew what needed to be done: it was like an instant download of ideas that came flooding in all at once.

Concept Store & Bar 1OAM apotheke / Studio Andrew Trotter + Eva Papadaki

A vibrant new destination has emerged in the heart of Antiparos, where retail and hospitality converge in a single, immersive space, set within the historic former folklore museum of Antiparos. A space of objects, scent, nourishment, and gathering, this innovative project - a shop, cafe and bar - was brought to life through a unique collaboration between Studio Andrew Trotter and its long term client and friend Eva Papadaki, blending refined design with relaxed island living.

BAMA House / L'Africaine d'Architecture

Set on Ghana's coast, this home rises from the ground beneath it: rammed‑earth walls mixed and compacted on‑site. The multi‑generational house combines private retreats with shared spaces, encouraging daily exchange. Built almost entirely from locally available materials, the house embraces a natural and sustainable approach. The spatial organization is intended to be peaceful, balanced, and open to nature. The layout creates courtyards; the porous ground floor dissolves the boundary between inside and out. Carefully proportioned spaces foster balance and well‑being according to the design principle that "life precedes space, and space precedes the building."
