AVA Communications Building / KRDS (Kourosh Rafiey Design Studio)

The office and Workshop Building of Ava Communications Company is located within Pardis Technology Park, approximately 20 kilometers northeast of Tehran. The project occupies an 800-square-meter plot at the end of a dead-end street, with a wide pedestrian path bordering the rear. Early in the design process, a decommissioned airplane was installed on-site as a sculptural element—an unexpected gesture that significantly influenced the architectural form.

Gentle House / 23o5Studio

The project spans 362.1 m² of land in a residential zone established almost 15 years ago. The model's 2-meter setback, 14-meter maximum dwelling length, and maximum roof peak height are fulfilled. The project benefits from a vast garden for food and fruit trees, including mango, guava, and grapefruit. This garden brings back memories of grapefruit wafting over the maternal home's eaves and is a beautiful place for family meals and wine.

Park1538 Gwangyang Cultural Complex / UnSangDong Architects + POSCO A&C

Park1538 is a public space embedded within the everyday landscape of Gwangyang, an industrial city known for its steel production. The project was inspired by the name "Gwangyang" itself—'Gwang' meaning light and 'Yang' sunlight—which became a guiding principle in shaping the form and spirit of the space. The resulting architecture captures the flowing rhythm of light through its curved steel surfaces, creating a sculptural yet purposeful structure that embodies both technological and cultural narratives.
