Bawley Point 01 House / Watershed Architects

Bawley Point, on the south coast of New South Wales, is familiar terrain for architect Mark Korgul, director of Watershed Architects. A regular visitor while studying architecture at Canberra University, this idyllic township is still a favourite location for surf trips and family holidays. The coastal hamlet is now the site of this holiday home, designed for a family, children, and grandchildren.

The Xue Village Community and Tourist Service Center / Studio 10

The Xue Village Community and Tourist Service Center is located on a triangular plot in Xue Village, Wangcun Town, Xingyang City, Henan Province in central China. This unique site is positioned closeby the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. To the southwest, clear water diverted from the Danjiangkou Reservoir flows northward through an artificial channel, passing through a tunnel beneath the east-west flowing Yellow River, and then emerging several kilometers to the north, continuing its journey.

SAGA Vietnam Office / SAGA Space Architects

Nestled in the vibrant maze of Hanoi's Old Quarter, SAGA Space Architects' latest personal project breathes new life into a 130-year-old French colonial townhouse. Once part of the city's cultural and political hub, the SAGA's office building stood as a quiet witness to generations of urban change. Now, through non-destructive restoration, it serves as the new home of SAGA's Vietnam office- a space that bridges cultures, history, and contemporary architectural practice.

Ība House / Daniel Fromer

The landscape designer Rodrigo Oliveira was enchanted by a plot of just over five thousand square meters in southern Bahia. With a topography reminiscent of a natural amphitheater, facing the landscape and offering a privileged view of the sunset, Casa ĪBA nestles among natural and designed gardens, always respecting the original topography of the site.
