YEARLY PLAN Shanghai Showroom / SHISUO design office

Confronted with an irregular original site, SHISUO returned to the fundamental element of fashion display: the hanging rail. A "single continuous rail" is allowed to morph in response to the existing walls, columns, and rainwater pipes. It traces the walls, bends to evade columns, and rises to allow passage, absorbing the chaotic nature of the environment and transforming it into a dynamic vitality.

HOIKIENG19 House / Hinzstudio

The house in Da Nang is designed as an open and flexible living environment, where light, ventilation, and family connection are carefully reorganized to respond to the tropical climate and the constraints of a narrow urban townhouse. The project is located on a vacant 5 × 21 m plot within a residential neighborhood in Da Nang. The clients are a young family of four, a couple and their two children, seeking a simple and convenient home that supports everyday family life while encouraging interaction and togetherness.

House MM / Equipe Lamas

Located in São José do Rio Pardo, in the interior of São Paulo, Casa MM is a single-story residence of 630 square meters, designed by the Lamas Team for a couple who wished to live close to their daughters and grandchildren already settled in the same condominium. The request was clear: a ground-level, welcoming living space with a wooden structure, ceramic roof, and full accessibility.

Helen Edwards Engineering Research Center / Perkins&Will

Fermilab, the nation's premier particle physics laboratory, is home to groundbreaking research that advances our understanding of the universe. Spanning 6,800 acres outside of Chicago, Fermilab's campus has long been a hub of discovery, but its researchers and engineers were historically dispersed across multiple facilities. To bring them together and support ongoing particle physics research, including the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment, Fermilab established the Helen Edwards Engineering Research Center (HEERC), named for the late Dr. Helen Edwards, a particle physicist who spent more than 40 years at the lab.
