Sevastopol 3262 Building / MAGarq

The Sebastopol 3262 building is intended for housing and is located in a low-density neighborhood. The sector is characterized by being a quiet area, with abundant vegetation and easy access to the main avenues. Considering these factors, it was sought that this project responded with an open plan towards the environment. The main intention is that the facade establishes a link between the public and the private spaces.

Riverside Walk in Seixal / RISCO

The project site is a 2.1-hectare strip of land running parallel to the riverside avenue in Seixal, the main town of the municipality of Seixal, on the south bank of the Tagus River, across from Lisbon. The site is bordered by the river and the town’s historical center, whose buildings have symbolic and morphological characteristics that make it a unique asset in terms of heritage and culture.

Med Campus Linz / LORENZATELIERS

LORENZATELIERS, with its urban concept, was the unanimously chosen winner for the EU-wide competition for the new buildings of the Faculty of Medicine in Linz. The special appeal of this project lies in the chance to create a part of the inner city including the General Hospital and the University.

Small Vacation Cottages u Gai / SAN Architektura

The cottages were built on a hill with a beautiful view of the Karkonosze Mountains. The area is rich in flora and fauna. As part of the investment, two summer houses with a total usable area of ​​approximately 80 m2 were designed. In the near future, a third larger building will be built as the next stage of the project - a single-family house for the hosts. During an on-site inspection, it was found that there was a closed quarry near the plot. There was an idea to refer to this unusual neighborhood in the project. The plot is located on a steep slope, so the houses have been arranged in such a way as to give the impression of freely scattered boulders. The buildings resemble hewn cubes.
