R21 Architects was asked to create an intimate and robust family home in the district of Nordstrand in Oslo. Large pine trees, steep terrain to the west, and a spectacular view extending beyond the tree crowns to the Oslo fjord were the main premises of the project's placement and direction.

During the 61st Edition of the Fuori Saloni Fantini Mosaici - one of Italy’s leading companies specializing in luxury handcrafted surfaces - invites Lisbon-based studio AB+AC Architects founded by Arianna Bavuso and Andre Chedid, to design a temporary art installation where the firm will soon open its first showroom in Milan, at Foro Bonaparte 68.

White Dates House / The Ranch Mine

When the architecture firm The Ranch Mine drove up to their new project site in the fall of 2018 they spotted perhaps the most iconic midcentury home in Phoenix across the street, a house designed by Al Beadle commonly known as White Gates which has sat vacant for decades. Knowing the history of this home, the architects knew immediately that they had the challenging task of creating a new neighborhood that should honor the legacy of the midcentury modern icon while adding a distinctly new chapter to the story of this unique neighborhood.

Phillips House / Brisco Loran

Context. Located beside the northern corner of Crystal Palace Park, Phillips House is part of the Dulwich Wood Park estate, built in the late 1950s to the design of architects Austin Vernon & Partners. Comprising a tumble of towers and short terraces, scattered amongst lush mature trees, the estate prevails as a successful example of modernist parkland-fringed housing.
