Pacific Residence / Moon Hoon

The site: Seoguipo is the second largest and more laid-back city of Jeju Island. There are many natural beauty spots enhanced by balmy weather. The site is on a slight hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the distance and Halla mountain as the backdrop. It is part of a newly developed grid system for residence plots.

Laurel II House / McClean Design

On a complex multilevel lot overlooking the city of Beverly Hills, this project was designed to take advantage of the beautiful views of the city below, as well as the entire Los Angeles basin. The house is inspired by the rich history of modernism in California, in both its plan and material choices.

House AR / Fernandes Atem Arquitetos

Built on a conventional plot of a gated community in the city of Eusebio, Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza, Casa AR was conceived with the intention of maximizing the integrative character of its interior spaces. The orientation of the land, whose front faces west, was decisive for the architectural design. 

The Mill of Betekom / ALT architectuur

This is an intervention in and restoration of the early 16th-century mill ruins of Betekom. The ruin has been stabilized through a whole series of injections and reinforcements in the stone mass. The ruin is constructed of iron sandstone. This is a local stone that is very expressive in its eroded form.
