House Segashira / N. Yamada Architect & Associates

Renovation of a three-story reinforced concrete house built less than 40 years ago in the central area of Miyazaki City. Originally, the house had a two-family structure divided by floor, with the mother on the first floor, the shared living space and water on the second floor, and the children's rooms on the third floor. In addition to repairing equipment, deterioration over time, waterproofing, etc., additional insulation and internal interior repairs have been made.

Yuhua Campus of Nanjing Zhonghua High School / Architecture & Engineers of Southeast University

Located in the middle of Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, Yuhua Campus of Zhonghua High School is one of the top five relocation projects in Nanjing, with a gross site area of 12.15 hectares and a gross built area of 103,326.73 sqm. On August 30th, the launch ceremony of Yuhua Campus of Zhonghua High School was held, marking the official use of "STREAM Learning Center", which is a material platform for the future development of a new teaching model combining theory and practice and interdisciplinary integration.

PODO Museum Lounge / maumstudio

The PODO Lounge is an open space designed to share the value pursued by the PODO Museum with everyone. Related books are provided to help understand the exhibition, and various programs will also be operated as a space for visitors to read, relax, and experience culture.

Vineyard Road Residence / Nick Noyes Architecture

To engage the sloping topography and to create a sense of “place”, this 3,400sf residence was pulled apart into two wings that create a central garden space that orients one to the entry of the main house. The village-like feel of the composition establishes a sense of place on the relatively featureless site.
