The main challenge of the site is to establish urban continuity at the corner of an intersection. The street-facing façade naturally extends the Haussmannian building on the corner, harmonizing with both the rhythm of Boulevard de la Villette and Rue Pradier. Viewed from the Parc des Buttes- Chaumont, the building emerges as a key feature in the urban landscape, asserting its role in the perception of the whole.

Villa Il Bel Canto / CLAB Architettura

"Il Bel Canto" is a rural estate comprising multiple buildings, with its main nucleus established in the landscape of Cavaion Veronese since the mid-18th century. In addition to the main house, the property features a small wine production from the surrounding vineyards, as well as olive groves and a small woodland that define the landscape.

The Wind H Art Center (Phase II&Phase III) / Jin Qiuye Studio

Named "Stone Screen Courtyard," the courtyard of Wind H Art Center (Phase II & III) encapsulate a dense concentration of thought and experience within a 235-square-meter space. Adopting a design strategy that places greater emphasis on outdoor design, the renovation employs lightweight materials to interconnect spaces while emphasizing the synergy between architecture, site, pathways, and landscape. The courtyard is flanked by a café and a music gallery in Phase II, while Phase III introduces an art lab and office spaces. More than a spatial hub, Stone Screen Courtyard becomes the cultural and experiential core of the art center, hosting outdoor exhibitions, children's activities, art launches, and public gatherings.

Echo Villa / Peny Hsieh Interiors

Echo Villa is nestled on the mid-mountainside of Taiwan, where the architecture flows naturally with the terrain, bringing the rhythm of the hills into both the structure and interior. Inspired by the homeowner's longing for a life close to nature, the design centers around the concept of "Echoes of the Earth." Mountain lines are echoed through window frames, landscape language is translated into architectural elements, and soft curves define staircases, furniture, and circulation, creating a seamless spatial fluidity. The residence adopts a palette of sandy earth tones, highlighted by a nine-meter-high foyer and custom-blown glass lighting that evokes the feeling of mist rising through the mountains.
