Set within an agricultural landscape on the outskirts of the city, Nandivardhanam is conceived as a residence that embraces the ethos of slow living. Positioned among sprawling fields, the house establishes an architecture of grounding, where material authenticity, climate responsiveness, and domestic rituals shape the spatial narrative.

LIMA House / Pezo von Ellrichshausen

A flat piece rests on a farmland, on a valley populated by vineyards, framed by rocky hills. Its elongated proportion contains an even narrower courtyard, oriented to the rise and setting of the sun. The courtyard is occupied by a long swimming pool, whose sparkles animate all the rooms around it.

42UP School Extension / AR Studio d'Architectures

42UP: A Vertical Campus in Paris Redefining Educational Architecture. In the heart of Paris's 17th arrondissement, AR Studio d'Architectures has completed 42UP, a radical extension of École 42 that doubles its capacity while minimizing its footprint. The project transforms 3,600 m² into a 9,025 m² vertical campus, accommodating 1,400 workstations in an institution operating 24/7, without teachers, without courses, and completely free.

Forest Edge House / MTD

The Forest Edge house is the fifth solar-powered house built by Edifice Upstate in the West Catskills of New York State. The house is designed by award-winning architect and designer Marc Thorpe. The house is a 1500 sqft two-story, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, powered completely by solar energy.
