Wutong Pavilion / CCDI Dongxiying Studio

The project is located within Ensheng Wetland Park atop Wutong Mountain in Yantian District. Here, on one side lies the summit landscape of the Ensheng Wetland with Wutong Mountain, and on the other stretches the seemingly endless seascape of Yantian Port, reminiscent of "mystical mountains beyond the sea," alongside the continuously stacked containers within the port itself. The wonders of nature and human artifice are presented here almost simultaneously. The client's brief was clear: this pavilion must offer a view of the sea. This inspired a broader aspiration: to create a "space" where one can enjoy 360-degree panoramic views. Concurrently, we set ourselves a requirement: the presence of the architecture must not disturb the natural ground.

Sepand House of Culture and Art / Mohammadreza Samavati and Maryam Karimian

Sepand House of Culture and Art represents the revival of a valuable residence from the 1960s, originally designed by Dr. Paknia. Once the home and medical office of Dr. Esmaeilzadeh, a cardiologist, the house has now been transformed from a place dedicated to physical care into a platform for culture and community.

FNN Sustainability Center / ACARARCH

FNN Sustainability Center was designed within Tekfen Construction's Machine Maintenance Facilities in Ceyhan for archive, museum, and administrative office use. In the project area, which also includes a steel manufacturing workshop, the main purpose was to highlight the steel, which forms the structural system of the building, as a design element. The archive is a completely self-enclosed program, the museum is a completely extroverted program, and the office acts as an organism that is partly closed and partly open. One of the main parameters in the design was forming a mass in a single structure with this different type of program.

Designing a residence in the heart of one of the busiest neighborhoods in the Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara was quite a challenge, especially considering the proximity of the condominium's clubhouse and the entrance booth. The family sought an intimate and private home, and this is how we achieved Casa EV, a unique and cozy space.
