La Cité Internationale Université de Toulouse / Taillandier Architectes Associés

The Cité Internationale Université de Toulouse is located on a historic site in one of Toulouse's emblematic science districts, between the neighborhoods of Busca and Saint-Michel. The so-called "H" building was constructed in the early 20th century by architect Joseph Thillet, who also designed the buildings at 39–41 Allées Jules Guesde. It was funded by Paul Sabatier using the prize money from his 1912 Nobel Prize in Chemistry to establish the first research laboratory for the Faculty of Science in Toulouse. Construction of the "H" building was completed in 1916, making it the first structure to be erected on the site. However, it was immediately requisitioned for use as a military hospital during World War I. It was not until 1919 that Paul Sabatier was finally able to install the chemistry laboratories there. Prior to that, the laboratories had been located at the Faculty of Science on the Allées Jules Guesde, in the buildings that now house the Quai des Savoirs.

Noas Studio / SahuquillodeArriba

Located in the Cabañal neighborhood of Valencia, just a few meters from the sea, this small space on Barraca Street is a meeting point for different disciplines—a flexible environment where design, ceramics, and creation coexist. From the start, the owner had a clear vision: it had to be an open, multipurpose, and ever-evolving space, capable of hosting anything from a shop to a graphic design studio, while also allowing for activities like
workshops or yoga classes.

The RA House / Fernandes Atem Arquitetos

The RA house was designed for clients who wanted to build their permanent home away from the urban center. The family, though large, had shrunk to its core when the adult children grew up and became independent. Therefore, the house needed to simultaneously focus on the couple's practicality while also providing ample space for frequent family gatherings around the kitchen and adjacent areas.

Scented Coffee / No10-Architects

Baoshan, a prominent global coffee-producing region, has witnessed a surge in boutique cafes amid its thriving industry. Scented Coffee, a longstanding local brand with deep roots in the area, has selected a 40-year-old heritage residence as the location for its third outlet. Covering an area of less than 300 square meters, the residence is a classic example of contemporary southwest Chinese architecture. It features a two-story wooden frame structure, with an open eastern facade, while the other three sides rely on brick walls for shear resistance and vertical load bearing. Adjacent to the south side of the main building is a trapezoidal brick concrete auxiliary structure.
