The Long House / Crest Architects

Tucked within a quiet, gated neighborhood in Bangalore, The Long House is a four-bedroom residence distinguished by a striking 24-foot cantilever. Designed for a client who recently returned from the United States, the home reflects a strong commitment to minimalism and purposeful living. The brief was clear and uncompromising: create a space that is direct, efficient, and intentional—built with only what is necessary, nothing more, nothing less.

LAPI Fase 2 / SuperLimão

After inaugurating its first phase as a landmark in the urban redevelopment of Largo da Batata, LAPI is moving forward with its second phase, establishing itself as a dynamic hub of culture, gastronomy, and commerce in Pinheiros. Designed by Superlimão, with a masterplan by Spol and developed by Jacarandá Capital, the project expands the initial proposal by integrating new commercial areas and enhancing the relationship between the blocks, promoting a continuous flow of people and experiences. In phase 2, the approach follows the concept of open and connected occupation, respecting local identity and reinforcing the neighborhood's vocation for gatherings and outdoor experiences.

SALT Workspace / THISS Studio

THISS Studio has completed the interior fit-out of a flexible office and creative space in East London for independent communications studio, SALT. SALT HQ is a highly adaptable work and event space designed with thoughtful reuse principles and natural materials. Moving into a space of their own for the first time, SALT seized the opportunity to curate a light and welcoming workspace that could be easily adapted from a day-to-day office to a hireable venue for talks, events, and photography shoots. Having worked with and championed THISS Studio's work, SALT was inspired by the architects' functional and resourceful design approach to commercial workplace projects, including the transformation of a warehouse office, Common Knowledge.

Patio House / Solum Studio

Located in Sicily, in the province of Syracuse, the patio house fully occupies the buildable area of the plot: a narrow strip of land stretching toward the sea and ending on a cliff. The project develops longitudinally, from the access road to the sea, and is conceived as an introverted oasis that opens toward the seascape through the living area.
