Nanjing University Suzhou Affiliated Primary School‌ / Tus-Design

Nanjing University Suzhou Affiliated Primary School is located in the educational core area of Suzhou High tech Zone Science and Technology City. It is a key link in extending the scientific and technological innovation chain and building a research and learning industry hub in the eastern area of Nanjing University. It was officially put into use in September 2024. The base is surrounded by the excellent landscape pattern of 'the Taihu Lake Lake lies in the west and mountains look east'. The southeast sides are surrounded by two winding rivers, which are rich in natural resources. The unique natural advantage of being located between mountains and waters has led the design to focus on how to abandon the old model of traditional primary schools that overly emphasizes efficiency, and instead create a new type of campus complex that integrates nature, environmental education, openness, inclusiveness, and flexible spatial layout. Multiple green building technologies are used to create a resilient campus that meets the educational needs of the new era.

Kugami Terrace Sunset Cafe and Small Gallery / REPLUS Co.,Ltd

Overview – A permanent beach house built on a site adjacent to the San'in Kaigan Geopark in Iwami Town, the northernmost part of Tottori Prefecture. There is a sunset cafe where you can watch the sunset from a great location, and a small gallery where solo exhibitions of local artists are held. The facility provides a space where you can experience an extraordinary world while being soothed by the sound of the waves.

Fran Viñas Arquitectos Studio / FV Arquitectos

This project involves the design of an architecture studio located in the urban sector of Cerro de las Rosas, in the city of Córdoba, just a few blocks from the “Mujer Urbana” traffic interchange. Conceived as a sculptural prismatic volume on a deep and narrow lot, the architectural object asserts itself on the site with character, set back just 50 cm from the property lines on either side.

TB5 House / Constante Design

Project Casa TB5 is born out of the owners' need to make the most of the house's forgotten spaces, especially its garden. Our inspiration for redesigning the flat's spaces was the very urban model of the Arco do Cego neighbourhood, which introduced an innovative typology to Lisbon's urban fabric in 1935, connecting architecture and the environment. We wanted to be faithful to the environment and give the flat the same model, replicating the harmony between architecture and environment, characteristic of the neighbourhood, and connecting the internal and external spaces of the house.
