Doma of Tokoname / Tezuka Architects

For at least five centuries, Tokoname has continued to supply tsuchimono (earthenware) to the Japanese archipelago, flourishing on the heights overlooking Ise Bay. The term tsuchimono is intentionally used here instead of "ceramics" to emphasize that Tokoname's products extended beyond daily utensils to include civil engineering components such as clay pipes and tiles. Tokoname takes pride in its deeper, more ubiquitous role in supporting everyday life across Japan—both visibly and behind the scenes.

House da Vila / Mariana Orsi Arquitetura + Design

Seeking to preserve the original elements of the residence, this retrofit allowed for a perfect dialogue between the contemporary proposal and the existing roots, both of the house and the village itself. We preserved the original structures and proposed demolitions for greater integration and brightness of the spaces.

GJ House/ Alventosa Morell Arquitectes

A young couple had the opportunity to build their first home on a plot that was once part of a larger family-owned property. Our design proposal is based on a modular plan that responds to the surroundings, ensuring privacy, excellent climate control, and dynamic living spaces.
