Ideareve Ikegami Music Hall and Housing / Ryuichi Sasaki + Sasaki Architecture

Ryuichi Sasaki Architecture, an award-winning, internationally acclaimed architectural design firm specializing in cultural experiences, is proud to unveil the Ideareve-Ikegami. Completed in 2021 in collaboration with Takayuki Yagi and Yagi Komuten, for the client Yasunori Kamata / K-M-T, the reinforced concrete structure was designed to accommodate a music hall, practice rooms, soundproofed residential rental units, and a penthouse.

Nanjing Art Center / Studio Link-Arc

The Nanjing Art Center is located at the southernmost tip of Nanjing New Town, where three rivers intersect to create a landform known as “The Fish Mouth” due to its unique shape. The area surrounding the site is a new urban neighborhood that will become Nanjing’s Central Business District. Located in the center of this new urban district, the Nanjing Art Center is devoted to the display of unique art pieces and new lifestyle options. The design of the project unifies architecture and landscape to create a new public space—a “living room” for the city—that will project an iconic presence and will become a landmark for the region.

Kithulgala Boutique Hotel / Dezine Lounge

Moksha is a hotel built for repose and healthful living, of life embedded in nature. While it offers all the creature comforts the likes of a star hotel in its interior, Moksha's exterior structure, and ambiance blend seamlessly into the natural landscape into which it is built.

Thai CC Tower Park / Studio NDT

“Gardens of metaphors” - Located within the Central Business District of Bangkok, the Thai Chinese Camber (Thai CC) Tower overlooks a parcel of a green area which is prominently divided into two by the Blue Elephant Cooking School & Restaurant, a heritage building, and vehicular access. By studying the surroundings and space available, a certain similarity is shared with the site and the ancient Chinese communal architecture of “Siheyuan”. The traditional quadrangle compound houses a central courtyard which is surrounded by houses on each side, akin to how the landscape area is flanked by towering buildings and the Surasak Skytrain station on all four sides.
