Frammed Earth House / D'WELL

“Something different, yet simple” is a common client demand when an architect is approached for designing a house. Bull’s eye is what “Frammed Earth House” can be called. A customary Gujarati family of 6 wanted “a new house” in place of their old one when D’well stepped in. The driving force behind the 3950 Sq. Ft design was to create the right balance of the traditional and the modern. This can be vividly reflected in the techniques used, the materials as well as the essences of the old residence which have been delicately retained keeping in mind the sentiments and disposition of the owners who have a modern outlook and yet, are deeply grounded.

Nof Yam Health Clinic / Doron Sheinman Architects

The new Health Clinic building in Nof-Yam is a two-story public facility built for Clalit, the main national health services provider in Israel. Located between the sea and a major highway, the building forms a moment of stability.

HH House / BILBAO | LOPEZ

The site where this house is located is "El Quimilar", a peripheral neighborhood located in the town of City Bell, La Plata, which has shown significant population growth in recent years. The lot of this house is comprised of dividing walls of 12.5 meters x 37.5 meters, facing north to the front, and with the obligation to leave 2 meters free on one of its sides to generate a space of air and light with respect to adjoining lots.

Miniclip Office Building / Openbook

Located in the Taguspark - Knowledge City, in the Oeiras Valley, with an area of 4,000 sqm and a capacity for around 350 people, this building designed for Taguspark houses the world-leading digital games company Miniclip.
