Villa Hoefsevonder / HILBERINKBOSCH Architecten

The Hoefsevonder estate is a new nature reserve of almost 6 hectares with room for two houses of which we designed one. The rural house on the southern plot is optimally located in the sun, adjacent to the new nature reserve with wet grasslands, flower meadows, and forest plots, and has an open view of the farm landscape. The plot is bordered by wooded banks and a wide ditch where deer pass and roam in the evening.

Morchoisne House / Depeyre Morand Architectures

The project consists of the extension on the west corner of an existing house, located in the center of Bonvilliers, a small town in the French countryside.

Located in a residential area where the trajectory is marked by unevenness, this house is raised on a large concrete base, allowing it to capture views of the stream and the nearby mountains. It is a radical volume that opens up to the exterior while maintaining as much privacy as possible.

Divya Shanthi School & Campus Upgrades / Flying Elephant Studio

Divya Shanthi Christian Association & Trust added this multi-program building facility as an extension to its school and children’s home campus, located in a low-income neighborhood of Bangalore city. The architectural intent was to synthesize a complex design brief into a pleasant, comfortable living environment - but also to form a coherent neighborhood landmark that exudes positivity and optimism, emerging as a beacon of hope.
