Within the office building and hotel, collaborative spaces and a wide range of food options are available to users, while food venues open to the public participate in the animation of the street and the neighborhood on the ground floor.

Situated in Chester, Nova Scotia – a historic village on the south shore of the province. The property is a triangular coastal lot in Chester Village overlooking the Chester basin. South-facing views capture nearby islands and, in the summer months, a dense array of sailboats. Every year, the region celebrates Chester Race Week: a sailing regatta over 150 years old, born from the area’s rich nautical history.

Electric Pawn Shop / Accent Design Group

Electric Pawn Shop takes birth as an f&b bar in the back of the H-Hotel, reading the traces of the restaurant that was once there. It projects to the inside the movement, light, and speed of the cars on the second of November bridge, generating a theatrical play of reflections.
