This project is on the same bay as the first project made by our studio. It takes place in the village of Imsouane. It is a small fishing village between Essaouira and Agadir in southern Morocco. This village is a well-known spot for surfers around the world. They call it the “magic bay”

Juquiá House / UNA MUNIZVIEGAS

Building a house in Sao Paulo aims to blur the boundaries between opened and closed spaces, inside and outside rooms, and covered and uncovered areas taking advantage of our climate. The design unveils a typically ten-meter-wide plot of the friendly neighborhood Jardim Paulistano, a privileged place in the city with stores, facilities, an abundance of trees, and infrastructure.

Aquahouse Hotel & SPA / STARH

Situated in the oldest resort in Bulgaria, St. st. Constantine, and Helena, Aquahouse Hotel & SPA is the newest addition within the area. With a location of just 10km from the city of Varna, it becomes one of the largest spa hotels on the Black Sea coast and the only one in the country owning an independent public SPA facility nearby – Aquahouse Thermal & Beach.

Frederiksplein 1 Offices / Office Winhov

The former insurance bank building on the Amsterdam square Frederiksplein was constructed in 1967 and designed by Arthur Staal (1907-1993). It was a unique project for this fierce modernist who had a challenge in forming a relationship in the façades between two historical adjacent buildings. The result is a singular office building that is modern while still referencing the past – albeit abstractly.
