Écotron IIe-de-France Research Centre & Laboratory / Atelier Téqui Architects

The Ecotron IleDeFrance technical platform offers innovative equipment called “Ecolabs” to the research community, designed to handle ecological systems under confinement conditions and environmental control. The Écotron Île-de-France platform commissioned for CNRS and ENS research occupies a site dominated by wild natural surroundings that needed to be domesticated. The project’s architectural treatment showcases the wooden structural statement. Vertical elements impart rhythm to the frontage by alternating opaque and glazed areas. 

House Belaku / 4site architects

Belaku, which means "House of Light," is a residential project on the outskirts of Bengaluru. A 2BHK tenant house and a duplex home were requested by our client. The home needed to be well-lit and to have natural light throughout. Both the project's cost and Vaastu Shastra's compliance must be acceptable.

The project is part of Festival des Cabanes 2021 in the area of Faverges-Seythenex, near Annecy lake. The site is located on a cliff overlooking the surrounding villages. Only accessible by foot, it was used as a gathering point by locals and hikers.

Villa Oranjewoud / Lautenbag Architectuur

The Frisian landscape is characterized by forests, ditches, lakes, and vast meadows. It is no wonder that an environment influences architecture. A good example of this is this barn house with a modern touch, which was anchored in the landscape, diagonally placed behind a national monument: the actual eye-catcher on the plot.
