Nightlight Shed / Fabric

Nightlight fills a small gap in a historic clearing of the kānuka belt wrapping around the Akaroa township in Banks Peninsula, New Zealand. Practically this building was to provide services for living and tool storage for the owner's long-term vision to regenerate the land and build their forever home. Once that home is complete, this temporary home needs to slot into and enhance its surroundings, rather than detract from them.

Tangerine House / EIXO Z arquitetos

Planned for a couple of young doctors, Tangerine House is a 220 m2 residence lodged in an elongated and narrow plot, surrounded by neighbors, in the Alto da Lapa neighborhood in São Paulo. The aim was to design ample and permeable integrated spaces, offering a contemporary approach to urban living. 

Huachinango 36 Building / Kiltro Polaris Arquitectura

Huachinango 36 is a project located in the center of the city of Cancún, on the Mexican Caribbean. This project responds to the city’s re-densification plan, brought about by populational growth and degradation through which its inhabitants have moved to the outskirts, leaving behind an urban layout rich in green spaces, generous lots, and defined vehicular routes.

Tienda La Cofradia / Berd Studio

Located in the L'Eixample neighborhood in the heart of the city of Barcelona, Spain, La Cofradia is the social space where the residents and inhabitants of Barcelona can find a wide variety of local products made by producers that allow them to get involved in the educational process of its preparation and composition. La Cofradia is a Social Market that encourages coexistence, learning, and knowledge exchange around quality local products that enrich the user's gastronomic experience.
