Hangzhou DEEP BLUE Office Building / GLA Design

Deep Blue, as a new incubator office building, is located in the Zijingang Science and Technology City of Hangzhou Chengxi Sci-tech Innovation Corridor. The designer takes the user needs as the driving force, combines the site environment, and sends invitations to people with the minimalist space design language: this is not only a pure office space but also an open, inclusive and diversified cultural place, which bears multiple possibilities such as social interaction, entertainment, life, and learning.

The White Box House / Yaniv Pardo Architects

Located in a quiet small neighborhood at the center of Gush Dan, the modest façade of the house conceals a whole world behind it. The house's architectural language was dictated by committing to architecture that's closely linked to the surroundings – the location, its history, and the neighborhood's residents. The small plot obligated the design of a 3-story townhouse, divided into gradually revealing spaces, while others are visible at first sight. The house is comprised of a sequence of spaces that provide a revelation experience and are suitable to the family's lifestyle. The space is split into various zones – pleasant seating areas, sleeping, gatherings, etc.

Bungalow H / ET.co

Bungalow H is a kind of contemporary cabin located in a spectacular land on the slopes of the Northern Mountains in Oaxaca, on San Andrés Huayápam, a small town located about twenty minutes by car from down town area. It has unbeatable climatic and landscape conditions, which in recent years have increased the number of visitors over the weekends and an up growing number of new local and foreign residents.

Tetra House / Felipe Caboclo Arquitetura

Overcoming the considerable unevenness of the terrain, Tetra lands on the highest level of the intervention area, where the prism is divided between gardens that create a biophilic experience for the residents, and allow the architecture to breathe in these intervals.
