The Grass House is a LEED Platinum accessory structure built behind a recently renovated 1892 Victorian house in the Historic Anacostia neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Utilizing natural, traditional building materials processed with simple but modern techniques, the Grass House proposes a contextual and healthy alternative to standard stick-frame construction.

Interdisciplinary Sciences Building / Perkins&Will

Next Gen STEM. The Interdisciplinary Sciences Building (ISB) at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington is envisioned to showcase a next-generation STEM building. ISB is intentionally transparent inside and out, putting science and learning on display to inspire an interactive environment with active learning classrooms, teaching labs, and student collaboration areas. A communicating stair activates teamwork and collaboration throughout the building. All of this is done to help students connect with each other and faculty outside of class.

House B7 / VLOT architecten

A cow shed stood in the rural village of Brandwijk, the Netherlands. In a place that is characterized by tranquility, spaciousness, and views over the agricultural landscape. These spatial qualities were the reason for the clients to want to live precisely here.

OSLW House / Replus Bureau

This is a suburban two-story house in a forest area near the city. Location is its key feature. You can't see the road, there's no noise, there's a forest around, big pine trees, and nearby there's an old picturesque recreation center with the forest lake that everyone knows under the name "Lviv’s Switzerland".
