The TP house is defined by two monolithic blocks that make up the main façade. The idea is an elegant, simple volumetry with pure language, contrasting with the lush forest surrounding the land. Adding some elements such as chamfers and slats adds complexity to the formal purity of the project.

Compact and articulated, the new headquarters of the Global Fund rise among the trees, highlighting the urban and landscape-oriented setting of the Route de Ferney.

Pergolenviertel Residential Complex / blrm Architekt*innen

The Pergolenviertel describes the „block in the green“ in the urban environment between Hamburg‘s City Nord and Barmbek. The static blocks, which open up to nature with passages in the form of round arches, sit in the green space originally used as an allotment settlement, which flows through and shapes the new quarter.
