House C+I / Blank Studio

The needs of the owner are to acquire a spruce house having just one bedroom for 2 people and to have it white and bright from natural lights. The site’s face is 10 meters while its length is 34 meters. Once cutting the shortening of the land is done, it would provide a house that looks narrow and long like a commercial building. The house front tangible with the road is in the west so the parking lot is put right in front of the house so that cars could reverse easily, whereas the living space is put in the north to evade too much sunlight while giving privacy. The ladder and restrooms are placed in the west to block sunlight and heat, making the living spaces and bedroom not get direct sunlight and can still be cozy and not too hot in all parts of the day.

Kyslik Salon / TEKI Design

We wanted to create a place in a quiet residential area that could combine a beauty salon with a small seating area and dance classes. The project began with such a request.

M 5605 Housing / Arqtipo

The M 5606 building questioned us about the possible ways of approaching our design practice. The proposal recognizes the temporal and spatial instances inherent to the project, based on the recognition of the categories of contextualization (between insertion and implementation), configuration (between a material object and the system), and disposition (between what is determined and the indeterminate).

Hangar Museum / Nola Arquitetura

The Hangar was designed in 2020 to house a collection of historic planes from the 30s to 70s. The clients, who visited historic hangars in other countries, requested a building that resembled the old hangars, which were built in wood structures with galvanized tiles.
