COL Interior House Renovation / Moreno Architecture

The interior of this new private home in Eischen was commissioned to Moreno Architecture. The four-story house is situated on a steep site. The first floor comprises of the entrance hall, the dressing room, the laundry room, and a guest room with a private bathroom.

Betono Fabrikas Concrete Factory Conversion / DO Architects

"The Concrete factory” is a place where industrial meets creative. The building is situated in the old industrial district of the capital city Vilnius. A former industrial territory was entirely dedicated to making various concrete elements for housing blocks that were widely built around the country during the Soviet period. After the fall of the soviet union, the area got abandoned and scattered, however, most of its distinct character industrial buildings remained untouched.

NAU House / MUKA Arquitectura

In an urban context where adjoining houses are necessarily attached to each other at the side walls to form a linear succession of juxtaposed volumes, materials, and heights, this project seeks to vindicate a different way of engaging with urban planning and approaching the potential forms of a single-family dwelling, as well as its relationship with its surroundings.

Elia House / Idaaf Architects

Designed as a family home, ‘Elia House’ is set on on Elia hill, the upper part of Avlabari, one of the oldest districts of Tbilisi. It is one of the highest points of Tbilisi and has spectacular views over the capital.
