Rumah Guntur House / PSA Studio

With a total land area of 300 sqm, the owner only needs half of it for the main activities of the house, while the rest is planned as family recreation areas such as sports, gatherings, and playing. The first floor is elongated to the right side of the land. Initially, the mass of the second floor was positioned the same as the first floor, but we wanted to slightly 'play' on the massing by rotating it 90 degrees so that it is transverse to the site.

Tiny House / Weber Arquitectos

Tiny house is conceived as a rest house, with a limited time and budget for construction, for which the work had the challenge of being carried out over a few weeks, this was possible thanks to the modulation of the design and the precast structure.

Cidade BI4All is an industrial reconversion project for an IT services company. The project proposes new habits of shared labor, reinventing working relations towards the flexibility of space and time, especially from the perspective of the (post-)pandemic world that we are globally experiencing. 

The Providur’s Palace / AB Forum + Letilovic & Pedišic

Providur’s Palace is the most recently renovated part of an integrated architectural complex in the historic center of Zadar. Together with the previously renovated Rector’s Palace, it now forms a new city institution, Two Palaces - a contemporary intervention within the renovated historical landmarks. This newborn nexus of art and culture stretches over an area of ten thousand square meters.
