OHIO House / StudioRK

The house sits on top of hills, with 270 degrees clear view of the skyline. The landscape of grass, stones, shrubs, and the abundance of trees is the first element of architecture proposed to the client from the very beginning of the design stages.

CoCo Cha Taiwan Tea & Coffee / PT Arch Studio

The main idea is to create a classic castle in the middle of a modern city. with the combination of two timeless architectures, to create a strong contrast in design intent. The weakness of the construction site is that the width is too small, and the length is too deep. The problem is how to get harmonious light for the entire space inside the building, as well as not create the feeling of moving too far between different spaces for customers.

Infinity Playground / Blue Temple

The playground originally consisted of a big concrete floor with no shading and no games. The design weaves itself around the two existing trees on the site into an infinity-shaped structure. Within the structure, we articulated a series of games, which, combined, creates an infinitely long obstacle course. The games go in the following order: bamboo jungle; fishing net; monkey bars; swings; Myanmar-style hopscotch and repeat itself.

Callington Mill Distillery / Cumulus Studio

Callington Mill Distillery, located in the shadow of Oatlands’ iconic windmill, balances industry and tourism, traditional materials, and contemporary design. The design navigates the need to house the industrial manufacturing requirements of a working whisky distillery while providing the immersive visitor experience of a traditional cellar door.
