School Under a Neem / Dhulia Architecture Design Studio

The extension block at Dr. Dhaval Rajnikant Mehta primary school is a depiction of the age-old Indian tradition of gaining knowledge under a tree located at the center of the village. The village of Shapar is an industrial settlement with most of its population being daily wage factory workers from different Indian states. The children often quit education due to the nature of the parent's jobs and wind up looking after their younger siblings and providing them meals.

Shenzhen Yeahka C4 Office Design / JSPA Design

The Yeahka headquarter office project consisted of the refurbishment of three floors of the Kexing Science Park office building in Shenzhen for a total area of 6000 m2. The design process started with the removal of all the superfluous claddings and decorations to come back to the original state of the building structure. The idea was to create openings in the concrete slabs to expand part of the space vertically, bring in more natural light, and connect the three floors.

Entrecopas House / Marina Vella Arquitectura

History and Place. 105 km north of Lima, where the Andean foothills reach the coastal desert, we enter the Santa Rosa Irrigation Valley, a valley where groundwater generates lush vegetation that is the habitat of a great variety of birds. Surrounded by this idyllic landscape is the Camponuevo farm, which has specialized since 1981 in raising fighting bulls, Peruvian Paso horses, fighting cocks, and free-range hens.

Vila Venus Sol Apartment / COM/O atelier

Vila Venus Sol is a house located in the area of ​​Caniço de Baixo on Madeira island. Being a renovation whose original project from the 1970s did not have characteristics of particular interest and whose construction was of inferior quality, the option was a total intervention through a “tabula rasa” operation. Thus, the entire interior was demolished, the outer envelope was consolidated and its original volume restored in order to take advantage of the high ceiling provided by the existing sloping roof.
