Tongxiang National Fitness Center and Li Ning Sports Park / PT Architecture Design

In terms of urban design, the Project is selected on Wuzhen Avenue, which connects the center of Tongxiang City and Wuzhen Town, to strengthen the cultural, sports, and tourism characteristics of this urban axis. The starting point of the design is to fully integrate the building volume of the fitness center and the sports park where it is located into a whole. With the fitness center as the anchor point, it creates more public and open Spaces for communication, forming a new cultural and sports center with the integration of sports, culture, nature, and the city, becoming a city living room that citizens enjoy and promote a future-oriented healthy life style.

Perennial House / Sifti Design Studio

Set in a typical residential plotted development in the peripheral urban fabric of Amritsar, Perennial House is built in strong contradiction to its neighborhood dwellings. Within a linear site of 26’ x 62’, surrounded by plots on three sides, and facing the road on the south, specific attention to tackling the extreme climate of the region, as well as building a strong architectural vocabulary is given. Taking cues from the client’s desire for an abode of relaxation, and a love for gardens, trees, and pets, the spaces are planned to look inwards to a green open-to-sky courtyard that runs deep inside the house. The spaces flow between one another, exuding a sense of openness while retaining their functionality.

La Blanqueada House / MURO estudio

This particular urban house of 140m2 is located in a small street passage called “la blanqueada”, in a residential area of Villa Devoto, Buenos Aires City. Its name comes not only from the passage where it’s located but also from the color of its walls -blanqueada means whitened-. La Blanqueada was born as a complex project, the original house was found in very bad condition, counting with only certain elements to preserve. In addition, being the lot right before the corner and of a bare surface of 8,66m x 12,70m, the darkness was complete.

Galeria Apartament / CoDA arquitetos

When the clients requested the renovation project of this apartment, located in Asa Norte in Brasília, the main concern was to expand the social areas. Previously, the couple lived in a duplex whose size was almost double the current one, but with the departure of their children and the desire to travel led them to considerably reduce the size of their new residence. However, the option for practicality should not impact the spacious space they were used to, nor their ability to receive family and friends at home.
