Commercial Building on Pentelis Avenue / Charis Athanasopoulou + Athina Theodoropoulou

The two-story commercial building on Pentelis Avenue, in a northern suburb of Athens, is an attempt to create a building with "ecological consciousness". The small, low-energy building is shielded on all its surfaces against heat and cold.

3 Houses / NOVO architectures

Building the increasingly dense city carefully. The project is located in rue Beausejour in Colombes, a suburb located northeast of Paris. It concerns the construction of three houses, in a residential-type district characterized by strip plots - the project plot, is only accessible by a short side of the plot, thus having a width of 9.50 meters for a length of 60 meters. This district testifies to the densification of the municipalities close to Paris, efficiently served by public transport from the center of the capital.

Rescobie Pavilion / Kris Grant Architect

Rescobie Pavilion is an outdoor room in rural Scotland for a family with an ambition to live a life closer to nature, designed by Edinburgh-based Kris Grant Architect. The thick walls and modest windows of the family’s existing nineteenth-century schoolhouse separated them from the sunlight that falls on the steeply sloping, south-facing, hillside garden that is exposed to the prevailing wind.

Casa Calipso / Degli Esposti Architetti

The intervention is a replacement through the demolition of a commercial building at Via Leone Tolstoi 87, Milan. The new building, exclusively for residential use, has 6 above-ground floors each accommodating 2-5 housing units, plus a penthouse and upper penthouse divided into 2 side-by-side duplex units, and a basement garage.
