The program of the coffee shop is given by the set of products offered to customers, quick service for personalized coffees and preparation of meals served on site. Therefore, the main challenge was to articulate the functionality of equipment, food handling, finishing of dishes, service counter, and space for tables and chairs for customers in a small space (25m²). Additionally, it was crucial to have direct customer service contact with the public space.

San Telmo apartments is a multifamily housing project located in the Valle de Los Chillos (Quito - Ecuador). It is developed within the framework of "public housing". That is, the government subsidizes part of the debt of its buyers, as long as the houses cost up to $70,000 and their sale price per square meter is a maximum of $890.

A common garage door accompanied in the composition by a round hole is what we find on the main façade and the truth is that it does not clarify at all how the building works, nor what is its use or program. The reality is that behind the door there is a family house between party walls located in Ciutadella, on the island of Menorca.

The First Islamic Arts Biennale, curated by Sumayya Vally, opened on January 2023 and is still ongoing until May 23, 2023, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. It re-imagines the Western Hajj Terminal at King Abdulaziz Airport, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and winner of the 1983 Aga Khan Award, as a cultural space to redefine Islamic Arts from "within, in a way, that connects some of these art forms and forms of artistic expression to the experience and rituals" of those that live it.
